Initial Construction of Cliftoria

Daniel Kenedy built his large home at 128 Clifford Street in Goulburn. The family had arrived in the district after 1842 and was built sometime between then and the 1870s. He was a master plasterer and builder who had a secret concrete formula for making the concrete verandah pillars and other elements of the building. This secret died with him.
