The plumbers returned and installed an instantaneous hot water system. This replaces the old tank hot water system and should save a lot of energy. Especially as this isn’t the most used bathroom, which is upstairs.

The next day after the plumbers had done their work the tile guys arrived and cut back the drain pipes to the floor and applied panels to the walls.

The day after this activity a tile guy came and sealed the water proof areas with a light blue sealant. The fumes from this compound filled the house and were very chemical smelling.
